Join a dynamic team as a seasoned Data Architect and leader. Design, develop, and execute enterprise-grade data integration and analytics solutions using your expertise in Oracle performance tuning and ODI.
Main Responsibilities:
* Optimize query and database performance to meet strict SLAs
* Analyze execution plans and recommend indexing, partitioning, and optimization strategies
* Collaborate with DBAs to validate and implement tuning recommendations
* Oversee ETL/ELT workflows, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data quality
* Leverage AWS services for ingestion, transformation, and storage
* Lead and mentor the team, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement
* Translate technical decisions into clear explanations for both technical and business stakeholders
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in data engineering within enterprise-scale environments
* Expertise in Oracle performance tuning, including query optimization, execution plans, indexes, partitioning, and parallelism
* Hands-on experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
* Expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
* Experience in data warehouse design, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling
* Proven leadership experience, including team mentoring and technical guidance
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with DBAs, technical teams, and business stakeholders
Nice to Have:
* Hands-on experience with AWS data services
* Prior experience in Wealth Management
