* Collaborate with recruitment and business development professionals to deliver exceptional results.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment.
* Proven track record of direct headhunting for permanent and contract technology candidates.
* In-depth technical evaluation skills.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
