Requirements:

* Experience and network within the HR/Recruiting Industry
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written)
* A proactive, solution-oriented mentality, combined with excellent analytical skills
* The ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
* Capacity to identify business opportunities and market gaps
