About the job: Operations Management Jr AnalystMain responsibilities:Facilitate communication between the Brazilian site, China, and the President's Office for interface operations.Achieve factory KPIs, plan policies, implement process changes, promote projects, and manage costs and lean production.Manage meetings, organize regular sessions (e.g., weekly), summarize and reflect on each section, and assist the director with work arrangements and meeting minutes.Manage all manufacturing indicators, establish and implement KPI management systems, and ensure targets are met.Handle process management, undertake PDTC design changes, supervise on-site process execution, and utilize process management information systems like MPM and G-BOM.Oversee manufacturing cost management by analyzing data to identify waste and reduce unit costs continuously.Plan policies and manage projects, supervise departmental work plans, and proactively identify and prevent anomalies.Coordinate with other departments and implement management directives from higher levels.Perform other duties as assigned by the director.Qualifications:University degree or higher in mechanical, automotive, production, or related fields.Proficient in Chinese, English, and Portuguese communication.At least 1 year of experience in an automobile plant.Strong analytical skills.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Capability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures.Experience in budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.Ability to identify problems and opportunities within the company.Skill in building alliances and partnerships across departments.
