A Little Bit About Our Team
The People team sits at the heart of Warner Music Group and focuses on attracting, retaining, and developing exceptional people, enabling them to be the best they can be to drive Warner's continued success. The team designs, implements and facilitates People & Culture programs around recruitment, management & development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion, and HR processes & policies. We partner with the business to support key organizational initiatives and are passionate about what we do.
Your Role
We are looking for a creative, culturally curious and commercially oriented HRBP for a 6‐month period. You'll drive change, focus on delivering our employee value proposition, and hire, develop and retain top talent.
Here You'll Get To
* Manage end-to-end local recruitment processes, prioritizing critical roles to reduce time-to-fill.
* Standardize recruitment practices and find operational synergies between the Argentina and Chile markets.
* Establish a seamless onboarding and transition process for all new hires.
* Diagnose current benefits practices against market benchmarks to ensure competitiveness.
* Act as an accessible, local HR presence.
* Organize team forums and engagement events to reinforce the company culture.
* Support the implementation of the global Performance Practices (goal setting, feedback) and the broader Talent Framework.
* Digitize local HR practices to improve efficiency and data management.
* Ensure a clean, structured handover of all projects at the end of the 6-month term.
About You
* Experience: 6+ years of proven HRBP experience with a strong balance of HR knowledge and business savviness.
* Adaptability: A high tolerance for ambiguity and the flexibility to meet evolving business needs during a transition.
* Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
* Experience in the creative industry, music or entertainment sector.
* Experience with Workday or other cloud-based HR systems.
