Job Description: Scrum Master - Experience 4+ years as Scrum Master RoleSummary: We are seeking a highly driven Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery execution for Azure-based Data and Digital transformation programs.Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint discipline.- Monitor sprint velocity, capacity, and progress.- Ensure Jira governance, compliance, and reporting.- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.- Drive delivery predictability and continuous improvement.- Provide clear stakeholder communication and reporting.- Coordinate across cross-functional teams and squads.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).- Experience working in Data / Cloud / Azure programs, including exposure to platforms such as Databricks Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps lifecycle.
