We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team in Brazil. This is a 100% remote position with a fixed schedule aligned to French business hours.
The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL, as well as deep knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem. Proven ability to develop custom plugins/themes without page builders is required.
We are looking for a highly autonomous, organized, and fluent English speaker who can work independently and collaboratively with a global team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
* Convert design mockups into responsive, high-performance websites
* Optimize websites for speed, security, and scalability
* Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain multiple WordPress sites
* Collaborate using tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Notion
Your Profile:
* 5–8 years of professional WordPress development experience
* Advanced skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
* Deep knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem (custom post types, hooks, filters, ACF, WP-CLI, etc.)
* Proven ability to develop custom plugins/themes without page builders
* Experience with technical SEO, performance, and security best practices
* Proficient with Git and version control
* Highly autonomous, organized, and fluent in English
