We’re looking for a talentedIT Support Technicianto join our international team!

You’ll act as themain point of contactfor incident resolution and service requests — providing bothService Desk (Level 1)andDeskside (Level 2)support.What You’ll Do
Providefirst-line IT supportvia phone, chat, or email for incidents and requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Handleuser account management, onboarding/offboarding, and access requests.
Performhardware replacementsand coordinate vendor repairs or warranty claims.
Offer“hands and feet” supportfor network, server, and data center equipment as directed by remote teams.
TroubleshootLAN/WAN/Wi-Fi connectivityand assist with cabling and patching.
Supporttelephony and video conferencing systems.
Maintainasset inventory, perform audits, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
DeliverVIP/executive supportwhen needed.
Log and track all tickets in ITSM tools (e.g.,ServiceNow), escalating when necessary.What We’re Looking For
2–4 yearsof experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Field Services.
Strong troubleshooting skills forWindowsandmacOSenvironments.
Familiarity withmobile device management.
Basic understanding ofnetwork and data center environments.
Experience usingITSM toolslike ServiceNow (or similar).
Excellent communication skills and acustomer-focused attitude.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.Interested?
