Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day product development process.
2. Facilitate planning meetings, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews.
3. Translate product ideas into structured, development-ready tasks.
4. Draft and refine feature briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
5. Track progress across sprints and proactively identify and resolve delivery issues.
6. Maintain task boards and ensure relevant documentation is kept current and clear.
7. Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify priorities and requirements.

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in project management within a software team.
* 3+ years of experience in product management within a software team.
* Experience working closely with developers and understanding the rhythms of SaaS product delivery.
* Comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex product work.
