About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master professional to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in driving Agile adoption and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitation & Coordination:
Our ideal candidate will have experience in orchestrating major ART events, such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
In this role, you will manage the ART calendar and ensure program-level cadence, facilitating problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
You will also have the opportunity to coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Risk & Impediment Management:
The successful candidate will identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks, escalating critical issues to leadership when necessary.
You will work closely with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment, linking business strategy to technical execution.
* Flow & Value Optimization:
We are looking for an expert who can optimize the flow of value across the ART, helping manage dependencies and architectural runway.
Salesforce knowledge is appreciated, but JIRA expertise is essential.
* Stakeholder Communication:
The selected candidate will communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership, providing regular updates on project progress and status.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role
* Expertise in Agile methodologies and lean principles
* Strong facilitation and coordination skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* JIRA certification required
* Salesforce knowledge an advantage
