**YOUR ROLE**:
- Steers excellence in implementation of global innovations;
- Collaborates with Trade Marketing Heads, marketing teams for planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in-store & online activities;
- Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to implement sales promotions and product communication;
- Develops trade programs in line with sales strategy;
- Coordinates and monitors the execution of related sales activities (e-commerce and offline channels);
- Collects and analyzes necessary information to identify opportunities (sell in, sell out and digital insights);
- Supports Trade Marketing teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives;
- Ensures that the desired product benefits and brand values / equity are properly communicated.
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Graduation completed / MBA or post-graduation is a plus;
- Relevant experience in marketing, products or trade marketing;
- Experience in consumer goods segments;
- Experience in luxury or cosmetic market is a plus;
- Advanced English is a must;
- Spanish is desirable;
- Good communication between different areas;
- Analytical Skills;
- Focus on details.
- Disposition to hybrid work in Lapa/SP.
