About the Role
Magentrix is a Salesforce Experience Cloud alternative that offers two distinct platforms: one for partner management and engagement, and another for customer management.
* Partner Management (PRM): allows you to onboard & engage partners, share leads, manage opportunities, and close deals faster.
* CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT:
o Solutions: 1. Customer Operations 2. Customer Support and 3. LMS & Knowledge management
Key Responsibilities
1. Create robust web-based solutions that meet business needs.
2. Contribute to fast-paced projects as part of our Professional Services team, helping organizations build, configure, and launch their PRM or Customer Portal solutions.
3. Collaborate closely with a Senior Developer to write Statements of Work implementation notes.
4. Work closely with the client's Project Manager to understand technical requirements, ensuring accurate solution implementation.
5. Participate in code reviews conducted by the Professional Services Technical Team Lead to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
6. Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and extensible code.
7. Integrate APIs and web services to build applications.
8. Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and resolve defects.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
