Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing company needs and job specifications.
Create and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards.
Source candidates using various methods, including Linkedin, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in the sharedriver.
Facilitate offer processes, reference checks, and background screening.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Promote the company’s brand as a great place to work.
Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
English advanced level, able to have a clear conversation in-company.
1–3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with ATS software and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
