✅ Your Responsibilities
* Model Development – Research, design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art ML and DL models for real-world applications.
* Deployment & Integration – Package and deploy AI solutions in production environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
* Data Engineering – Build and manage robust data pipelines, including preprocessing, augmentation, and feature engineering.
* Cloud Infrastructure – Utilize platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure to deploy, monitor, and scale AI systems efficiently.
* Innovation & Research – Continuously explore and apply emerging AI techniques to solve challenging business problems.
* Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with software engineers, project managers, designers, and client teams to align technical solutions with business needs and user experience.
🔍 What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer – with real-world project experience highly valued.
* Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
* Deep expertise in one or more areas:
Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI, or LLMs.
* Proven experience deploying and maintaining production-level AI models.
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure tools (AWS, GCP, Azure).
* Experience building and optimizing data pipelines for AI workflows.
* Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written)—open to candidates from Brazil, Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, São Tomé and Príncipe, and Timor-Leste.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken) – required for technical documentation and communication.
* A self-motivated, proactive mindset – able to tackle complex challenges independently and drive solutions forward.
* Experience mentoring others and sharing best practices in AI engineering is a strong plus.
