OverviewExperienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT IndustryWe are seeking an experienced recruiter to help us find software engineers for Sweden. You will work with a global team of recruiters and a Swedish management group, and you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates, often moving to a new country as part of a major life decision.Collaborate with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam to plan and execute recruitment efforts.Coordinate with the relocation support team to address visa, work permits, housing, travel and related logistics.Contribute to a client portfolio in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Operate within an efficient team focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.Offer and work setupLocation: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem. Free national holidays, with maintained payment.Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
