Design Lead
You will lead the design experiences across three core products--web and mobile. Define ideas from concept to completion, conduct research, gather feedback, and refine designs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead usability testing sessions, vet, and refine designs.
* Work closely with engineers to ensure feasible designs and account for edge cases and error states.
* Establish and maintain a consistent design language and component library.
* Contribute to the overall brand experience, creating and maintaining brand and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong portfolio with concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces.
* Strong proficiency with Figma and ability to translate requirements and ideas into simple design solutions.
* Experience designing for similar users preferred (Nurses, Senior Care Professionals).
About the Role:
The team is distributed, but generally located in North and South America. Work hours are flexible, but regular meetings are expected. The team relies heavily on Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion for collaboration.
This role requires a strong bias for action, scrappy attitude toward product development, flexibility, and willingness to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
