Technical Project Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our technical projects.
* This individual will be responsible for planning and overseeing the timeline and resource allocation for technical projects across various functions.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and experience with data science / machine learning.
* They will also possess excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.
* This role requires the ability to take lead and drive initiatives, as well as facilitate resource allocation for machine learning scientists and engineers across multiple projects.
* Collaboration across teams, including partner teams and stakeholders on cross-functional projects, is also essential.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of technical projects across various functions.
2. Timeline and Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of resources and timelines for technical projects, identifying potential risks and deviations from planned milestones.
3. Risk Management: Proactively address potential risks to project success by coordinating with technical leads and individual contributors to mitigate these risks.
4. Resource Allocation: Facilitate the allocation of resources for machine learning scientists and engineers across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization of talent and expertise.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across teams, including partner teams and stakeholders, on cross-functional projects to ensure successful project outcomes.
