Premier Pads is a fast-growing short-term rental management company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for both homeowners and guests. We manage vacation rental properties across multiple markets in the United States and take pride in providing outstanding hospitality, communication, and operational excellence.
We are looking for a Guest Experience Associate to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
* Respond to guest inquiries via messaging, phone calls, and email in a timely and professional manner
* Assist guests before, during, and after their stay
* Troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns while maintaining a positive guest experience
* Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and operations teams to address guest needs
* Ensure guests receive accurate check-in, stay, and check-out information
* Monitor reservations and follow up on guest requests
* Escalate urgent issues when necessary and help drive them toward resolution
* Maintain detailed notes and updates within company systems
* Meet response time and guest satisfaction standards
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, Airbnb, hotels, property management, or guest communications is preferred but not required
