Technical Cutover Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Cutover Manager to lead our SAP technical activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP technical cutover management and a strong understanding of SAP modules.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Co-leading end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO.
* Leading and coordinating technical SAP localization and deployment tasks.
* Collaborating with project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders.
* Managing and documenting traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables, testing activities, and defect resolution.
* Providing leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members.
The role requires:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management.
* A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW).
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
