Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.). Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will work with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex. Location: Work from home or a co-location center of your choice. Build trust with suitable candidates and guide them through relocation and settlement processes in collaboration with the global recruitment team and Swedish delivery management.Required competence(please ensure this is documented in your CV) At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.Upper intermediate English.Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a "no" as a reason to try harder.Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.
