IT Project Lead
The role of an IT project lead is to drive the successful execution of projects from initiation through delivery. A key part of this responsibility is leading cross-functional teams, which may include technical architects, developers, QA professionals, and business analysts.
* Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps and Agile metrics such as burndown charts is highly desirable.
* Candidates should possess hands-on development or coding experience and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
* Strong leadership skills are required, along with excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
