Project Coordinator for Interpretation Services
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients and linguists, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality interpretation services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project timelines and coordinate with clients and linguists to ensure smooth execution.
* Identify and recruit suitable linguists for each project, based on their language skills and expertise.
* Communicate with clients regarding project progress, expectations, and any issues that may arise.
* Monitor and evaluate project profitability and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Fluency in English is required; fluency in an additional language is an asset.
* Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results under pressure.
