Description As a Product Engineer (Scrum Master), you will support the development and validation of engineering solutions while driving agile practices and project coordination. You will act as a key interface between engineering, validation, and testing teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely delivery of project milestones. Additionally, you will facilitate communication across global TRATON teams, contributing to continuous improvement and efficient execution of development activities. Responsibilities Support the technical team in organizing tasks, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies (daily, planning, reviews). Coordinate and follow up on technical tests, acting as the focal point between engineering, validation, and test labs; Prepare, consolidate, and maintain test schedules, execution plans, and progress reports; Communicate test results, deviations, risks, and pending items; Ensure alignment between development, quality, product areas, and suppliers; Monitor project and test indicators (KPIs, coverage, schedule adherence); Use Jira, Confluence, Polarion, TestIT, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project for organization and reporting; Support continuous improvement of testing and validation workflows. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields) or Administration and related fields; Experience working with project management, testing, and agile methodologies; Knowledge in schedule organization, reporting, and management tools (Jira, Trello, Excel, Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite; Good communication and strong organizational skills; Proactivity to work with multiple teams and parallel deliverables. Differentials Experience with test execution or support (lab, field, functional validation, durability, etc.); Certification in Scrum or agile methodologies (PSM I, CSM, etc.); Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, etc; English – Advanced / Fluent (technical).
