Job Description
* As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring Salesforce Health Cloud components, collaborating with developers and administrators to design and implement solutions, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations.
* You will also create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support clinical and business decision-making, and provide training and documentation for end users and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with at least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
* Candidates should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient engagement processes, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* They should also have the ability to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements, and have proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Strong SQL skills and experience working with healthcare data structures such as claims data, pharmacy data, and outreach data are also essential.
