The Role
Lead Corporate Security professional for Brazil. Key member of Corporate Security team, supporting physical security, emergency planning, data privacy, incident management, audit & compliance and coordinating the Regional Security Operation Center. Conduct risk assessments, support audits, ensure compliance, develop security policies and procedures.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for LATAM sites.
Support internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance with corporate security standards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement and maintain physical and electronic security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control).
Monitor regional security trends and provide recommendations to improve preparedness and response.
Assist in the development and dissemination of security awareness and training materials.
Serve as a key point of contact for security‑related incidents and investigations in the region.
Who You Are – Required Skills, Experience, and Circumstances
Solid experience in Corporate Security, including physical security and data center protection.
Strong knowledge of electronic security systems.
Experience conducting risk assessments and managing incident response.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel across the region.
High school diploma required.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
CPP or PSP certification.
Experience supporting security operations in multinational environments.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit processes (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC1, SOC2, PCI, SSAE18).
Experience with Access Control platforms and CCTV systems (Amag, CCTV Genetec) and Morse keywatcher or access control/video surveillance systems.
