Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within theAS/400 (IBM i)environment. Perform programming and development usingRPG III, RPG IV, and/or RPG Free. Conduct functional and technical analysis of business requirements related to insurance operations. Troubleshoot incidents and provide support for core enterprise systems. Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders. Participate in continuous improvement and modernization initiatives for existing legacy systems. Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to development standards. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience withAS/400 (IBM i)systems. Solid expertise inRPG programming(RPG III / RPG IV / RPG Free). Experience in application maintenance and support within legacy environments. Ability to analyze technical and functional requirements independently. Good communication and collaboration skills. English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
