Job Summary
We are seeking a Training Operations Coordinator to support our customers in Frankfurt.
* This role involves coordinating training session delivery and managing various activities within the service.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, with exposure to an international work environment.
Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Salesforce or CRM tools is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze training needs and determine the number of sessions required.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
* Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability.
Requirements
* Experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* International work environment exposure.
* Proficiency in English.
* Salesforce or CRM tool knowledge (added advantage).
