About The Role
We are seeking a skilled People Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting client-facing Software Engineers throughout their entire lifecycle from onboarding through checkout.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and conducting regular meetings with engineers to discuss project satisfaction, identifying potential risks, and coordinating actions with stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery while maintaining high levels of engineer satisfaction.
* Schedule and conduct bi-weekly meetings with Software Engineers to validate their level of satisfaction with their projects and stakeholders.
* Document each meeting in our ERP system, noting any identified risks or areas for improvement.
* Upon identifying an attrition risk situation, coordinate and deploy necessary steps with stakeholders to develop an action plan to mitigate the risk.
* Support Project Managers throughout the talent lifecycle, ensuring all stages are conducted according to established protocols.
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high levels of engineer satisfaction.
About You
* Mandatory:
* 4+ years of formal working experience in Human Resources.
* Prior experience in negotiation, people management, or similar roles.
* Ability to build effective relationships with Developers and other stakeholders.
* Experience in people management, culture, talent development, or training.
* 1+ years working in customer-facing environments.
* HRBP experience is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with the IT industry.
* Bilingualism in Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
