We are seeking an innovative and proactive individual to join our team as a Community Builder and Social Media Manager.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, focusing on LinkedIn, engaging with the tech and startup community, and excelling in social selling.
Responsibilities:
* Create a strategic plan for our client base to drive business growth and success.
* Establish a strong network within the Tech and Startup Community globally to represent our brand and foster meaningful connections.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and success by monitoring feedback and implementing improvements.
* Generate new leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Requirements:
* Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or a related field.
* A strong network and understanding of the HR/Recruiting industry.
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written).
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, combined with excellent analytical skills.
* The ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
* Capacity to identify business opportunities and market gaps.
* Ambition to grow with the company long-term, expanding our client base.
* A flair for sales and negotiation.
* Understanding of Recruitment principles.
* A strong LinkedIn presence.
* Excellent communication skills and a personable approach.
* Efficiency and attention to detail.
* Accountability for successes and failures, with a willingness to take calculated risks.
* Resilience in the face of rejection, with a persistent approach.
