Key Clinical Project Manager Responsibilities
The role of a clinical project manager in the vaccine industry is critical to ensuring compliance with regulatory and GxP/GEP standards across regions. This requires a thorough understanding of RA/MOH requirements and protocol implementation.
1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and finalize clinical projects within scope, time, and budget. Create timelines and manage risks, resources, and milestones effectively.
2. Budget Forecasting and Control: Oversee budget forecasting, burn rate monitoring, and scope change management to ensure project success.
3. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (Clinical, Epi, DM, Stats, Reg, PVG) and foster collaboration and accountability among team members.
To excel in this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in clinical project management and possess strong knowledge of regulatory/GEP and RA/MOH principles. The role demands end-to-end project delivery, risk, resource, and milestone management skills.
This remote job requires a capacity commitment of 4 days per week.
