Senior ServiceNow Expert Required for Global Initiatives:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow platform implementations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to analyze complex business needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, a proven track record in end-to-end implementations, and strong project management skills. Additionally, they should possess excellent stakeholder management skills in English (C1+ level).
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the nearshore development team.
* Drive full lifecycle implementations of the ServiceNow platform.
* Manage project timelines, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
* Analyze business needs and translate them into ServiceNow configuration and process improvements.
* Lead requirement-gathering sessions and oversee project deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
* Proven track record in end-to-end implementations.
* Strong experience in project management and team leadership.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
Bonus: Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or other HR modules within ServiceNow.
