 
        
        We're seeking experienced professionals to join our team in a Senior IT Technical Recruiter role.
This position focuses on sourcing and placing top technical talent in Latin America for U.S.-based companies.
 1. 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment is required.
 2. Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles is essential.
 3. You must have a strong understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
 4. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English are crucial; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
 * Develop strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
 * Leverage various sourcing tools, such as internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
 * Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
As a Senior IT Technical Recruiter, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
