Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating major events such as PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt meetings.
* Overseeing the ART calendar to ensure program-level cadence.
* Facilitating problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
* Guiding teams, Scrum Masters and Product Owners in lean-agile principles.
* Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Identifying, tracking and resolving impediments and risks.
* Escalating critical issues to leadership when necessary.
* Optimizing value flow across the ART.
* Helping manage dependencies and architectural runway.
* Requires Salesforce expertise.
* Mandatory JIRA knowledge.
Stakeholder Communication:
* Communicating with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
* Linking business strategy to technical execution.
Key Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with Salesforce and JIRA.
* Knowledge of lean-agile principles and practices.
