We strive to simplify technology challenges and no less.Who We Are Looking ForYou are an experienced IT Project Manager with a track record of successful IT project delivery. You are a capable manager who can coordinate and lead IT infrastructure projects by ensuring that all required activities are completed within the agreed scope and on time. The successful candidate will own the delivery of certain scope items from initiation to closure by maintaining strong relationships with Mobiz team members and external clients. You are key in contributing to the growth of Mobiz, with strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills. Must be flexible to work in EST and PST time zones as needed.ResponsibilitiesLead project assignments with little oversightPlan and execute IT projects for multiple clients including infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, and automation engagementsCoordinate and manage the entire project scope, activities, schedule, resources, and quality in a matrix organization with engineering and product delivery teamsManage client relationships and communications between clients and internal teamsManage project KPIs including scope, effort, schedule, cost, and qualityConduct post-project lessons learned and incorporate improvements into tools and processesMaintain and report on RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) for projectsProvide regular status updates (dashboards and status reports) and lead project reviewsCollaborate with fellow project managers on staffing, task allocation, standardization, and process improvementsProvide feedback to technical leads on project team performanceQualifications And Experience You Will NeedDegree in Computer Science or a related fieldProject Management training and active certification (e.g., PMI PMP)Minimum of 5-7 years of IT project management experience including digital transformation in agile and waterfall environmentsExperience in IT systems development and managementExperience leading IT infrastructure, DevOps, and software development projects in cloud (Azure, AWS), networking, network security, Citrix, ServiceNowKnowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Minimum of 5 years in an IT consulting firm managing external client projectsWorking knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow is preferredYour SkillsStrong customer service orientation and ability to set and manage expectationsEffective presentation and client/stakeholder interactionSystematic and logical thinking to deliver resultsAbility to manage multiple projectsAbility to work under pressure and deliverProficiency with project management tools to plan and manage projectsComfortable working remotely and independently on local and global projectsMotivated for personal growth and developmentStrong problem solving, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skillsExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsPeople management and leadership abilitiesWhat We OfferA team of bright, hard-working, and innovative people that will contribute to your growthCompetitive compensation packageOtherThis is a remote work opportunity in Brazil.Closing: We value diversity and are committed to building an inclusive team where everyone feels welcome and respected.
