About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our sales and marketing teams with accurate, well-organized data. You’ll work with Excel and ZoomInfo to gather, clean, and manage lead information, ensuring our teams have the insights they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source and update contact and company information using ZoomInfo
* Organize and maintain large datasets in Excel
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems
* Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support sales outreach
* Collaborate with the team to optimize lead lists and data processes
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables a plus)
* Experience using ZoomInfo for lead sourcing or research
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
