Project Manager - Interpretation Services
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of interpretation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between clients and linguists, as well as managing project timelines and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients and linguists to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
* Collaborate with linguists to identify the best resources for each project, taking into account factors such as language proficiency, expertise, and availability
* Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes
* Communicate effectively with clients and linguists through various channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing
* Maintain accurate records of project activities, including client interactions, linguist assignments, and project timelines
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or communications
* Fluency in English, with proficiency in one or more additional languages preferred
* Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt to different communication styles
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with capacity to manage competing priorities
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
