We're looking for someone strategic who can manage multiple client relationships, analyze campaign performance, and guide email marketing strategy.You’ll work closely with the founder and collaborate with a creative and fulfillment team responsible for campaign execution.What You’ll Do:📈 Client Management- Own communication with assigned client accounts- Act as the main bridge between clients and the internal team- Manage expectations and coordinate requests internally📩 Email Marketing Strategy- Develop and oversee email marketing strategies for DTC brands- Guide campaign direction and content planning- Ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategy📊 Performance & Data Analysis- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities- Use tools like Klaviyo to evaluate results- Provide recommendations based on performance data🤝 Account Oversight- Manage ~13 client accounts- Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothlyRequirements:✔ Experience working with DTC eCommerce brands✔ Strong understanding of email marketing performance✔ Experience with Klaviyo✔ Comfortable managing multiple client relationships✔ Strategic mindset with strong communication skillsWorking Structure:
