We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead key account management within our territory. As part of this role, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities across various channels.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth, foster customer loyalty, and uncover new revenue streams.
* Pursue acquisition of new key accounts within the designated territory.
* Regularly review client needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Requirements

* A proven track record of delivering results in an autonomous environment.
* In-depth knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Strong commercial acumen, including B2B expertise and familiarity with emerging business models.
* Project management skills to effectively coordinate tasks and achieve goals.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish being an asset.
