About Magentrix is a salesforce experience cloud alternative. It's a platform with two distinct offerings: one for partner management and engagement, and the other for customer management.
Our product has two main components: Partner Management (PRM) and Customer Management. PRM allows you to onboard and engage partners, share leads, manage opportunities, and close deals faster. This empowers your partners by allowing them to collaborate and engage with your partner managers. Our solution enables partners to access everything they need to meet your channel goals.
Customer Management includes solutions such as Customer Operations, Customer Support, and LMS & Knowledge Management. These increase engagement, provide several self-serve routes to support, deliver better customer service, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Collaborate on support cases, train customers using our online Training & Certification module, and more.
Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and implement elegant web-based business solutions.
* Contribute to fast-paced client projects and product initiatives as part of our professional services team, helping organizations build, configure, and launch their PRM or Customer Portal solutions.
* Collaborate closely with a senior developer to write statements of work implementation notes.
* Work closely with the client's project manager to understand the client's needs and technical requirements, ensuring accurate implementation of a solution.
* Participate in code reviews conducted by the professional services technical team lead to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
* Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and extensible code.
* Integrate APIs and web services to build robust applications.
* Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and resolve defects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Requirements:
* Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
* Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proven experience with software product development and agile methodologies.
* Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
* Excellent knowledge of frontend technologies including JavaScript, Vue.js, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
* Backend experience including C#, ASP.NET, and MVC design patterns.
* Solid understanding of core programming concepts including object-oriented programming, RDBMS, and agile principles.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural team.
