Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing the success of client PR campaigns by developing media strategies, conducting targeted outreach, and maintaining regular communication with both clients and media contacts.
This role ensures client visibility across national, regional, podcast, radio, and TV platforms, while also contributing to broader brand awareness and engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing strategic PR plans tailored to each client;
* Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients;
* Securing, filtering, and responding to media opportunities;
* Scheduling and coordinating media interviews, ensuring all logistics are handled;
* Following up with media contacts to confirm placements and coverage timelines;
* Monitoring coverage through Google Alerts and tracking mentions or product features;
* Facilitating writing projects with the team in alignment with client goals and deliverables;
* Maintaining updated media trackers to record media coverage and interview status.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 40 hours plus per week to meet client needs;
* Proven experience or education in public relations or a related communications field;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong organizational and time management abilities;
* Proficient in Google Suite, Gmail, and media monitoring tools;
* Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive mindset;
