Key Responsibilities:
* Drive outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings with potential clients
* Utilize CRM systems to track, manage, and organize sales activities in a highly efficient manner
* Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions
* Closely collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTS to ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team
* Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
* Actively contribute innovative ideas and strategies to improve the sales process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluency in English
* 2-4 years of professional experience in fast-paced environments
* A strong ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and able to take initiative to drive results
* Extroverted and comfortable with outbound calls to potential clients
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
* Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
