As a Senior Content Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Move Up Media’s growth by owning the operational and strategic execution of content across our website portfolio. You will take ownership of content performance and strategy across our websites, while leading day-to-day content operations and working closely with SEO and cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for turning content and SEO strategies into measurable results, while ensuring high-quality standards across multi-language teams and markets.This role contributes directly to the CORE department’s objectives by supporting the growth, stability, and diversification of the business through content performance, strong processes, and effective collaboration. You will act as the main point of ownership for content quality and delivery, working closely with SEO, Product, and cross-functional teams.To be more specific, you will:Lead and develop the content strategy for our flagship, multi-language websites across multiple markets
Manage content workflows and ensure consistent, high-quality output across all sites
Oversee content quality, structure, and standards across our portfolio
Work proactively with content teams to define and implement content checklists and best practices
Collaborate closely with SEO, Tech, Design, and Product teams to ensure content and SEO best practices are followed
Ensure all SEO and content checks are completed ahead of website launches or redesigns
Regularly review websites to identify issues, suggest improvements, and support teams with implementation
Monitor content performance and report progress and key initiatives to senior stakeholders
Ensure content meets compliance and regulatory requirements and oversee necessary updates
Stay up to date with market trends, best practices, and i Gaming innovations
Support hiring and team development (mentoring) in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR.The ideal profileWe’re looking for a Senior Content Manager ready to step into a Lead role — someone who takes ownership of content performance, works independently, and collaborates closely with SEO to drive results.You are someone who:Has 3+ years of experience in a senior content or content leadership role
Has i Gaming experience (a strong plus, not a must)
Has a background in journalism, communications, or a related field (a plus)
Has an excellent command of English and a strong eye for content quality and consistency
Is comfortable reviewing and optimising content rather than writing itYou bring strong CM fundamentals:High level of autonomy and strong task prioritisation skills
Ownership mindset over site and content performance
Ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into clear actions
Strategic thinking and the ability to plan toward defined goals
Experience working with CMS platformsYou work well with others and think ahead:Collaborative approach, especially when working with SEO teams
