About the job
This role manages day-to-day partnerships across a defined portfolio of schools, groups, districts and/or school systems to support effective IB programme implementation, portfolio health and sustainable growth. The Community Partnerships & Development (CP&D) Manager contributes to the successful adoption, delivery and development of IB programmes by managing stakeholder engagement, coordinating implementation support, and using portfolio insight to improve partner outcomes. The role works within regional and country strategies, collaborating with Senior Managers, Country Heads, and cross-functional teams to deliver front-line support and contribute to regional priorities and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships and engagement within the assigned portfolio of schools.
* Ensure schools receive coordinated, practical support to implement IB programmes successfully in their context.
* Improve understanding and recognition of IB programmes and services with relevant stakeholders.
* Use data and feedback to identify risks, opportunities and priorities across the portfolio.
* Share insights from assigned portfolio with IB teams to improve services, processes and the school experience.
Qualifications
* Significant experience in education partnerships, programme development, account management or stakeholder engagement.
* Familiarity with public, private and/or international education systems.
* IB Educator Network experience or other IB‑related roles desirable.
* Fluency in English;
additional languages desirable.
