Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and coordinate cross-team efforts within a scaled Agile environment. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in complex delivery ecosystems and is passionate about driving Agile excellence across multiple teams.
* Facilitate cross-team coordination and alignment across Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
* Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the organization
* Support PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other SAFe ceremonies
* Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress
* Foster collaboration between Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders
* SAFe Agile certification is mandatory
* Proven experience as an RTE or similar Agile leadership role
* Deep understanding of SAFe Agile principles and practices
* Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-team environment
* Start Date: Immediate
* Initial Duration: 12 months
