Growth Marketer – Part‑Time, Growth Into Head of Marketing Hi… My name is Lena, and I am the founder of Go! Running Tours. This is not your usual job post. Instead of bullets, I want to write the good, the bad, and the ugly about being a Growth Marketer with Go! Running Tours. Responsibilities Own all marketing activities for our B2C and B2B clients. Create, optimize, and automate email flows, newsletters, and data‑driven automations. Plan, run, and scale digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, and explore new platforms. Build compelling case studies, sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas that reach new runners, new companies, and new destinations. Test new ideas, research new tech, learn trends, and scale what works. Work remotely with only 2–3 internal meetings per week; the rest is deep work and getting things done. Qualifications Analytical, structured, and creative. Able to craft great copy, see new opportunities, and connect B2C to B2B. Systematic with new ideas and markets, meticulous, and super excited about the responsibility you will own. Data and automation mindset. Thrive on optimizing flows, building smart automations, and digging into data to make things smarter. Fast mover, super collaborator, and execution focus. If you don’t execute, you can’t move the needle. Contract Details USD 1,400 a month 25 hrs a week, part‑time, remote. Managed via Upwork. We don’t believe in 60 hour weeks. Energy, focus, and headspace are the values. Company Culture We work remotely with only 2–3 hours of internal meetings a week. All other time is reserved for deep work. There is always time for a call; we are all on Slack, so you’re never left alone. We are just on the other side of the world. The salary is not one that will secure you a Ferrari or a holiday to Mauritius (at least not to begin with). It is a salary that should be comfortable and is based on reduced working hours, so you can have a fun and fulfilling life besides work. The money should not be the main motivation for you – running, bridging cultures, and being part of a fun, fast‑moving, and positive company should. If you feel this role could be for you, please write to me via with a short spiel on why you feel you’re right for the role and why you would like to work at Go! Running Tours (no AI please – we want to know the real you, not the ChatGPT version). J-18808-Ljbffr
