Full-time (8 hrs/day)About the RoleWe're looking for a data-driven, highly organized Executive Assistant who excels in spreadsheets, lives in Airtable, and learns fast.You'll keep operations running smoothly, support light social media tasks, and manage a large portfolio of 1,000+ domains with care and accuracy. This work is data-driven and process-heavy, so excellent English, attention to detail, and quick learning are essential.Responsibilities:Own day-to-day organization across Google Sheets/Excel and Airtable (tracking, cleanup, reporting, dashboards).Keep projects moving: scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, documentation, and process checklists.Support social media management (scheduling posts, light copy, basic analytics, coordinating assets.Run social media outreach by actively messaging prospects on various social media platforms.Manage 1,000+ domains: maintain inventory, track renewals/auto-renew, handle transfers, liaise with registrars.Finding potential buyers of the domains.Prepare simple reports and summaries for leadership; flag risks or anomalies early.Maintain neat, searchable records and SOPs so the team can find anything quickly.Handle confidential information with discretion.Qualifications:C2 English Level: Excellent written and spoken English; clear, concise communication.Strong skills in Airtable and spreadsheets (filters, lookups, pivot tables, data cleanup).Proven organizational chops: you love checklists, templates, and tidy databases.Comfort with domain management concepts (registrars, renewals, WHOIS, DNS).Training provided if needed.Basic social media know-how (e.g., Buffer/Hootsuite/Meta Business Suite) and simple analytics.Tech-savvy and a fast learner, able to pick up new tools and processes quickly.1-3+ years in an EA/Operations/Coordinator role (or equivalent).Macbook is requiredPayment is in USD.
