As a Wedding Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing memorable wedding celebrations for our clients.
This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional customer service.Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding dayDevelop comprehensive wedding plans, including timelines, vendor coordination, and logisticsManage and negotiate contracts with vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, and entertainersCreate and oversee wedding budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and managed effectivelyCoordinate and attend site visits, menu tastings, and other pre-wedding eventsDesign and implement unique wedding concepts, incorporating current trends and cultural traditionsManage on-site wedding day coordination, ensuring smooth execution of all planned elementsTroubleshoot any issues that arise during the planning process or on the wedding dayMaintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members throughout the planning processStay updated on industry trends, local venues, and cultural wedding customs in Saudi ArabiaPrepare and present post-event reports and gather client feedback for continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in wedding planning or event managementProfessional certification in wedding planning (e.g., Certified Wedding Planner) preferredExceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and vendorsProven experience in budget management and contract negotiationStrong problem-solving abilities and calm demeanor under pressureCreativity and vision to design unique and memorable wedding experiencesProficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office SuiteIn-depth knowledge of wedding traditions and customs, particularly in Saudi ArabiaFamiliarity with local vendors and venues in JeddahFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredFluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirableAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture.
