* Provide daily support to all accounts through navigation of our platform, including introducing new features, addressing issues, and resolving concerns
* Foster continued business with accounts by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value
* Communicate quickly and clearly with accounts in chats or video calls to ensure issue resolution and frequent follow-up
* Work independently and collaboratively with team members across departments to meet account satisfaction
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs
* Ongoing self-education for industry knowledge and platform features
