Manage the team of sales supervisors, merchandising staff, and key account salespeople, ensuring daily procedures are followed. Ensure product distribution, standardization, and inclusion of materials at sales points. Work on incentive campaigns with teams. Implement industry campaigns. Conduct research at sales points. Requirements and Qualifications Complete undergraduate degree; postgraduate preferred. Experience in managing sales/merchandising teams in the consumer goods segment, preferably in retail food. Experience with customer service, sales, negotiation techniques, profitability indicators, and commercial policy formulation. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
