Title: Procurement Specialist / Tactical Buyer (Remote)Location: Brazil Work Type: 100% RemoteDuration: 06 Months (Possible Extension)Job Description / OverviewYou will play a key role in procurement operations, combining procurement knowledge with hands-on experience supporting the External Contract Manufacturing category.This role is primarily administrative/transactional, focused on supply continuity, order processing, and project execution. Commercial negotiations and contracts will be handled by the Category Manager(s).Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Order Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve PO issues such as pricing discrepancies, delivery delays, invoicing/payment concerns, and quality issues.Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with internal business teams, Procurement, and suppliers to address issues quickly and maintain continuity.Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong supplier relationships, support performance metrics, scorecards, and identify opportunities for collaboration and process improvements.ERP System Support: Use SAP and other ERP tools to manage orders, reporting, tracking, and documentation.Documentation & Recordkeeping: Maintain structured records, action items, and procurement updates in a clear and organized manner.Project Execution Support: Assist with procurement-related project timelines, risk tracking, and issue resolution.Qualifications / RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred2+ years of Tactical Buyer / Procurement experience requiredProcurement background in direct materials or purchased finished goods is required(Examples: nonwoven products, personal care products, tissue products)Experience handling procurement action items such as:invoicing/payment issuessupplier communicationsraw material supply mitigationERP systems experience required:SAP requiredCoupa highly preferredStrong MS Office skillsStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentProject management experience is a plus
